In purchase invoices sent by e-mail, the following must be noted:
– The invoice must be in PDF format.
– Only one invoice information in one email. All invoice pages must be in one PDF file, any
attachments will be scanned into the same PDF file.
– The PDF file must not be encrypted, or password protected. Any consolidated billing
should be canceled.

Only invoices that have been sent in accordance with the instructions and in which
the information is correctly, are transferred for processing.
