We are proud to bring our rebar expertise to the construction of the Signe office building at Mannerheimintie 14. NJ Rebar is responsible for the project’s rebar from the foundations all the way to the rooftop.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Every construction project is unique and comes with its own set of challenges. This is no exception. The central location in Helsinki\u2019s busy downtown has meant that working space has been extremely limited throughout the project. This has required meticulous planning in logistics, scheduling, and coordination between construction phases; all achieved through pro-active collaboration with various stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n

Signe is a premium office and retail development by real estate investment company Sponda. The building combines timeless architecture with sustainable construction practices with modern workspace solutions. It is designed to achieve LEED Platinum environmental certification, WELL certification, and an A-level energy rating.<\/span><\/p>\n

The client for the project is BlackRock. Construction began in November 2023, and the building is scheduled for completion in 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n
